    Howdy Y’all,
    Just joined after finding the site via google. Used some red cabbage today to make my first jar of sauerkraut. Now that I’ve seen the site, I’m perturbed that I didn’t come here first and use one of these recipes. Been making beer and ancient tribal drinks for awhile now, wanted to venture into the food variety of fermentation. Look forward to playing with recipes on here, very excited about it.



    Thanks BlindBandit (curious about that name of course!). How did that Red Sauerkraut come out?
