    Hi folks, I just successfully fermented some garlic. Super simple. Just made a brine with a teaspoon of salt and 2 cups of water. I put in a couple of bulbs-worth of garlic, with all the cloves peeled. Also added about a quarter of an onion, leaving the onion in ring shape. Added some peppercorns too just for a little flavor.

    Waited a few weeks and voila! delicious, reasonably mild and tart, and the onions are great too.
