    Hello. I am excited about being able to read this forum and learn all about fermenting. I have been fermenting for a couple of years. I have made kombucha, kefir, ginger bug, tumeric bug, maple syrup meed, sauerkrauts, fermented curried cauliflower (love this), kimchi, hot pepper sauce and fermented (cleaning out the crisper drawer) veggies.


    Welcome Christine. Seems like you have a lot of wonderful experience. Thanks for introducing yourself. Would love to hear more about the Maple Syrup mead.
