    I want to ferment some veggies and start a kombucha back up again. anyone have a SCOBY, I’ll pay shipping or pickup in Chicago? I have a sourdough and yogurt active. I have done in the past kombucha, yogurt, sourdoughs, kimchi with an onggi, kefir and tempeh. I think I’m going to give the fermented diakon a shot.

    Forgot about the Preserved Lemons, as well as beer, wine, mead and ginger beer.
