    Long-time fermenter, off and on. Just coming back to it after a break. Love how red cabbage ferments look!



    I agree with you on the Red Cabbage ferments. That color makes all the difference! I’ve got a big batch going in my kitchen now. Even though I’m always experimenting with new flavorings and other ferments, I always seem to come back to that Red Cabbage Sauerkraut. So good! Welcome!
